Would Proscar cause sheds on those without male pattern baldness?

You know how Proscar and other drugs of the like is originally for the treatment of enlarged prostate? I wonder if these drugs would cause hair loss or shedding even for those not affected by male pattern baldness, but only taking it for its original intended treatment purpose.
