Hi all, I am about to start a Xandrox 5%, Spiroloctone 5%, and Tricomin spray routine... looking for some feedback on this proposed routine:
6:30am - Tricomin spray
I figured I'd put this on first as I believe the Xandrox is certainly much more effective.... by 7:30 I am exercising and by 9am I am in the shower so the Tricomin spray will have 2.5 hours to sit on my scalp.
9:30am - Xandrox 5%
Ok, so I've read that this should be applied on a dry scalp.... how long do I have to let it dry for before I can use some styling gel? After applying the Xandrox and gel, I will not be touching my hair again until I return home, 8+ hours later
7pm - ??
Open for suggestions on how to finish off the evening routine - I still need to apply 1 more dose of Xandrox, my spironolactone lotion, and hopefully another dose of the Tricomin spray.
I was thinking of applying the Xandrox as soon as I get home at 7, the Tricomin spray around 9pm, and the spironolactone right before bed. Does this sound right? I was looking around Dr. Lee's site and I remmeber reading somewhere that applying the Xandrox and spironolactone together makes them more effective?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
