If you were bald, you wouldn't say that. You would have that hair transplant that you know think is a waste of time.
See-through hair (under harsh lights only most of the time) beats a shiny dome by a long range.
I am looking at it objectively due to my background and real life experience. I respect the fact that every patient has different expectations which I mentioned.
I might have it out of desperation but I would still be considered bald or pretty much bald and you can't grow your hair which is the whole point for me. My friend is a proper diffuser but still has a lot of hair yet people have commented on him being bald.
You need 50% density to create the illusion of full hair and I do think that's the minimum. At the front you can get away with less density as the hairline tends to often start with less hair, edge of the forest so to speak.
You're right, does beat a shiny dome but not sure by much, for me anyway.
