I don't think I can upload all the images here, there's over 200 pictures so as to not bog down the server, I've put them all on my IMGUR account. I took shots of everything I could. They're in descending order with a couple out of place at the end (couldn't get them without someone standing in front). That said, the best one is about FGF-9, looks like we really need to give it a go ourselves. Here's the link:

SO checked them out.
For Androgenetic Alopecia what seems interesting is WNT10b compound from Bioenx in ITaly.
And the other one is Korean study with microneedling and FGF-9 (the cocktail had multiple compounds not just FGF-9: e.g. bFGF, VEGF,KGF-2, SCF,IGF-1,SOD-1, noggin peptide).
However they found no statistical difference in using 0.8mm needle compared to 0.5mm. So basically it comes back to the cocktail itself.
Also 2 studies for green tea extract, not sure about effiacy...

JAK inhibitors are so f*****g efficient for Alopecia Aerata, 94% regrowth in 12 months , if only we had this for Androgenetic Alopecia...

Other misc but still interesting things about hair anti-aging, gray reversal...could be useful once we get back our hair

I don't dermaroll myself so i cannot testify, i was referring to the India study about Dermarolling + Minoxidil

Indeed, my bad, in my head it was 0.5mm, which is interesting in this paper is that between 0.8mm and 0.5mm, no significant difference in those results.
India study just gone right through 1.5mm TAKE THAT needles and didn't mention or experience other sizes.
Maybe 0.5 or 0.8mm with Minoxidil worth a try

But, something interesting, it seems that repetition is the key

From the poster, it looks like they were able to multiply epithelial stem cells by 1000x while maintaining their hair inductive property. That's pretty cool. Here's hoping the same process can be used for human epithelial stem cells.

That's literally the no. 1 poster that drew my attention. Very interesting but notice how about 10% of the cells maintain CD34 expression? If I remember well CD34 is a stem cell marker (equivalent to CD200 in humans) so does that mean most cells don't maintain stem cell capacity? Anyone? I've read about assymetric cell division before (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asymmetric_cell_division) which is when a stem cell divides into a stem cell and a somatic cell instead of two stem cells, this is probably to keep stem cell numbers at a controlled, functioning level, I wouldn't be surprised if that is the case in a small fragile niche like the hair follicle. Maybe that is/was one of the hurdles Tsuji faces with epithelial stem cells, getting 1000/1000 stem cells instead of 100/1000.

On a second note, my God it's crazy how useless 95% of these studies are.. you can tell some of them were published for $$$. The scientific world is crazy inefficient and yet everytime a decent hair loss article comes along in the press people suddenly go "muh cancer, muh resources"!

"unidirectional protrusions toward the wound (W)"...yep it matches what Tsuji said about the importance of the wound direction pre DPs cells injections

But i found another study suggesting that Planar cell polarity fails on very large surface wounds, on mice the pattern was going crazy
