U did read that im needling too, right? My gripe is that scammers and barely thinning people in this thread advertise needling as "the cure" when its not. They are misleading people here. Newbs like you who havent or only recently started needling defend them.

Who’s been misleading or calling it a cure? I think many people on here are very tempered with their expectations cause it’s still early.

Why don’t you let people figure it out on there own if it works or not? I think people are smart enough to do that.

Some people who arent active on the forum but gave their experience saying they kept their regrown hairline after they stopped needling is good info and IDK how you could extrapolate that as a scam

In an attempt to reconcile the doubters with the believers, I hope everyone will hear me out. Please see my threads from a few days ago to see that I'm both financially and emotionally invested in giving this treatment a shot myself.

I don't think yayapapaya is necessarily being a troll. He/she is a big skeptic about the whole dermarolling thing, even while still doing it themselves, and I think that's justified.

Numberguy (OP), while certainly coming across as sincere and helpful, has indeed attempted to benefit from the claimed success of this treatment. But I don't think that's wrong. His results are extraordinary and I don't personally fault him for selling the details about the treatment.

The facts are: we have a few studies that provide our scientific evidence. A skeptic could argue those were financially backed, because... well... at least the Indian study is demonstrably financially backed.

Reasonable skepticism should be both encouraged and is rational. I don't think it's insane to think that this particular treatment might not be as effective as everyone would like to believe.

And I'm a believer, for better or worse. But I'm also a realist. So I think we should all consider claims both for and against this new treatment with a grain of salt.

I'm not a skeptic. I'm and have been dermaneedling for more than a year. You think this is the first dermaneedling thread? Check out what happened to others years before it. They had these same exact studies too.

All that aside. What are/were your results like?
What's your current hair like?are you still needling? I'm not sure myself, since I started Minoxidil about a month before I started to roll it in. Did my second serious session with the Derminator yesterday. Definitely seeing regrowth, but unsure which is causing it. I won't know until I am satisfied with my results, if they occur, and wean myself off min and just maintain with needles. And see if it works. I'm hopeful but skeptical. I have a hard science background so it's my nature.
