Im on topical ru58841 at 300-500mg/ml for 1ml everyday and it isn't working alongside dutasteride. Does anyone have experience with oral Ru58841 like smashing the powder down my throat like its protein powder and washing it down with water? Also what dosage would you guys recommend?

Do not recommend eating the RU58841, it could possibly be very dangerous. The reason dutasteride and RU are not working is because these treatments do not stop hairloss for most people who use them (unless those people are in bogus studies). If you are this desperate about hair loss you need to concentrate on getting your affairs in order with your career and starting a family before baldness sets in. The good news is a hair transplant can buy you a few years if you were caught off guard.

RU is a non-selective androgen receptor binding agent with a half life of 1 hour, and after 1 hour 1% of it has a half life of 20 hours. Say you drank 10mL of RU. That’s like 500mg. After 20 hours, you’d still have 5mg of RU in your system. Remember we dose finasteride at 1mg and Dutasteride at 0.25mg. But RU doesn’t just block 5AR like finasteride and dutasteride, it’s non-selective. You know what else in your body has androgen receptors? Literally everything. Your heart muscle, you brain, the cilia in your lungs. RU doesn’t give a f***. It’ll block all of them for 48 hours. Can you live for 48 hours with a heart that won’t beat? Can you hold your breath for an hour? If you start having a seizure because your brain can’t produce dopamine will you be able to call an ambulance before you bite your tongue off and drown in your own blood?
But f*** all that. Say you miraculously survived the onslaught on your vital organs. What happens when it all leaves your system and your pituitary-hypothalmic-adrenal axis has to reboot itself? If I had to guess I’d say the worst PFS in history, or coming off a 10,000ng/dL exogenous test cruise after ten years cold turkey. In other words, you’d be functionally retarded, infertile and impotent.

I just don't f*****g understand how I'm balding I have A<5 DHT and Im on dutasteride at 5x the f*****g dose and 10x the normal RU58841 dose

If your current regiment isn’t working for you, you probably have an insanely high sensitivity to androgens in your scalp PLUS high test or estrogen. You could also have non male pattern baldness related hair loss such as diffuse alopecia areata, vitamin deficiency, thyroid imbalance or thyroid cancer, cortisol or adrenal insufficiency, or chronic telogen effluvium. I’d get blood tests ASAP.
If it is male pattern baldness, the hormonal route is your only option. Rogaine and finasteride ain’t gonna cut it. This is where it gets expensive. I’d add CB to my RU, and start taking Setipiprant orally. You might add PGE2 topically with microneedling. If you do, start a skincare routine too because PGE2 will rape your collagen production.
After you’ve got a handle on your hormonal profile, you can take your life into your own hands and start manipulating it with exogenous androgens and aromatase inhibitors as well

Wow are you getting any sides and do you know where your testosterone is at?
no sides had puffy nips for like a day and it went away a week ago. My total testosterone is 1130ng/dl. I just wished these f*****g treatments worked.
