"Bicalutamide induces breast development (or gynecomastia) in individuals assigned male at birth by two mechanisms: 1) blocking androgen signaling in breast tissue; and 2) increasing estrogen levels"Do you take ralox and tamox at the same time? I was on tamoxifen when took bicalutamide (10 mg every other day - that didn't help me). It affects ERs throughout the body and can affect the estrogen's effect on the head.
I know a guy who takes 150 mg of bicalutamide every day plus dutasteride. He's still alive.
so even if u do use the tamoxifen or raloxifine, bicalutamide blocks transcription of androgen responsive genes + mechanisms so your body is not able to use androgens to fight off gyno (this is why I want my glands removed). Also could you please give me some info on your friend's progress with bicalutamide?
