I suffer from dermatitis too but nizoral and almond oil help keeping it in check, moreover Regaine foam does not have propylene glycol which is more likely to cause irritation. Anyway, go to a dermatologist and look after the dermatitis. Regarding microneedling, you can find a lot of topics here and on Reddit. It helps but you must do it properly

My hair is the same as it was when I was 17 and I’m 31, I was on finasteride for 7 years and dutasteride for 5 years, both work for me but Im planning on switching back to finasteride after a topical anti androgen gets to market.

You’re ok, I think I understand the question. I was on finasteride for many years and started using dutasteride due to anxiety not becuse finasteride was not working. It’s still possible to slowly lose hair on either medication but you will have more hair than if you didn’t take either. Dutasteride is insanely effective at stopping hair loss but it’s a powerful drug with a very long half life. I imagine anyone losing any hair on it has other health issues or the worst hair genetics on the planet. But that being said, I’d avoid using it unless you feel like you’re out of options. Neither of these drugs are good at growing hair back, really outside of minoxidil for a few lucky people, nothing is.
