Why do you REFUSSEEEE to try a different ester? I know you guys think I’m f*****g with you when I say it but enanthate was literally snake oil for me compared to cypionate. Literally broke out in cystic acne (worst case of my entire life) and lost 1/3 of my hair density in just over a month. Switching back to cypionate immediately turned things back around. What do you have to lose?

Also I have been using enanthate for a long time and at first I did good but something fucked up and everything stopped work. Maybe I cause estrogen downregulation due to high dosage I don't even know anymore....

There are lot of sh*t that can get fucked up if you are stressed, like elevation on oxo androgens that you can't even know if they are elevated unless you do a specific blood test that are not available everywhere. Btw those androgens has the same binding affinity as T and DHT. Now that I stopped bica my hair got so bad, like pre hrt, and those androgens could be the culprit. That is the reason why e2 alone or in combination with dutas is not sufficient for everyone, even if don't see differences it does not mean everyone has the same genetic as you.

Now my skin on my face and scalp is oily because I haven’t picked up Bicalutamide from the pharmacy yet, but despite this my hair is not getting any worse.
Interestingly, when taking Bicalutamide on testosterone, I had zero oiliness in the skin of my face and scalp, but at the same time I was rapidly going bald.
I decided to take 37.5mg of Bicalutamide 3 times a week. Tablets 150 mg, divided into 4 parts

Estradiol prevents T from binding to receptors and is a growth stimulator.
I have never seen Bicalutamide help women with hair loss other than one study (as always, studies are a parallel universe)

I think some of you guys don't understand how hair loss due to Androgenic alopecia works. First of all estradiol does not prevent T from binding. The thing that estradiol usually does is rise SHBG so it binds more to androgens an have less biological effects. But not only that, you completly missed the part of ' Androgenic alopecia is not about how much T or DHT you have, but the sensitivity to it' so no, e2 is not the solution for everyone, because:

1 Even with lets say 25 ng/dl T and 5 ng/dl DHT you can still go bald due to extreme androgen sensitivity

2. As i said you can have normal androgens levels but have the oxo androgens very high and they have the same binding affinity as regular T to DHT.

3. Biological women has less androgens receptors, that is why they have less androgenic alopecia not because they have high or low e2. That is why they can fix it with spironolactone.

After all this time on HRT I realized e2 is not a cure at all for very sensitive androgen receptors and you must block the receptors with bica, that is why the only cure is AR degrader like GT.

The only reason I keep going with estradiol is because I have to use less bicalutamide and my LH and FSH does not spike with the use of it, so in the long term i dont f*** up my liver with enormous amounts of bica like 150 daily.

Not to say if I was sensitive to androgens I'm even more now since bica makes receptor more sensitive, if you stop the bica your androgen will work even more than before. Sadly I will have to keep bica at least 12.5 mg daily till GT or other AR degrader releases....

They are protected by bica since they are using it, maybe they are not so sensitive to DHT, that is why almas claims it does nothing. Just lucky ppl whose AR is not that sensitive, but for ppl like me who are really fucked(worsen with age) I must say bica is a godsent till an AR degrader release
