I don’t really do anything to cleanse the scalp after derma-needling. Simply because I cleanse it very thoroughly before and keep my needling tools highly sanitized.

Thanks I use the derminator 2 with (12 pin) and also have the A6 portable derma pen for travel reasons. I was checking out my temple and crown regrowth today randomly. I believe I am responding well again to this regimen time will tell.
