Not too bad. Dropped to 0.5 mg EOD myself. Still have occasional pains so I'm a little wary about increasing it.

Update: I cut down on minoxidil and the pain went away. However, I took one pill of Dutasteride last Monday, and after 4 days the same pain appeared then subsided in 48 hours. I guess I must be quite sensitive to finasteride/dutasteride? I'm thinking to go back on finasteride but reduce the dose. Hair loss is pretty...

Had a look into Reddit and others people's experiences. Seems some have had the chest pain naturally go away with continued use. A couple of people tapered down their dosage then slowly increased it back to 1mg and had it go away. I'm gonna quarter my dose for a week or so then increase it...

I'm 10 days into taking finasteride for the first time, and I've had identical symptoms. The penile/ball pain has subsided but been replaced with a general pain in my left nipple/chest area. It sucks, I dunno what to do about it. My hair's been receding aggressively and this was kind of my last hope.
