Every time I run my hands through my hair at LEAST one strand falls out. If I rub my head for a minute about 100 strands fall out. They all have a white bulb on the end if that matters at all.

i put in some dry shampoo this morning as i was in a rush. and when i was rubbing it in i literally shed 100-200 hairs in a minute. my hair loss isn't noticeable, but is this reason for concern?
do we judge based off what is on our head or what falls out?

i may have good density, but the fact remains my temples have been receding. im hoping its just a "mature" hairline that people speak of. for now I will not get on meds and just monitor it monthly. thanks all.
