take finasteride, use nizoral shampoo and if you respond you'll maintain what you have for years. looks fine.

thats a normal whorl. if the hair surrounding it was thin then i'd be concerned but it appears to be thick.

NW2 bound. give finasteride at least a year and see if anything changes before abandoning it.

if you have the funds to get a hair transplant and it'll make you more confident and stress-free then go for it. However, I think your hair looks fine.
