I'm trying to get a prescription for finasteride too. My previous doctor was too conservative and a couple years ago a few dermatologists told me I'm too young (18) to lose hair. 21 now and I think I should start treatment.

Damn you guys make me scared to try minoxidil. I'm mainly thinning on my crown I wonder if I can just take finasteride without minoxidil and be good.

I'm not sure but I think you can try using minoxidil first. Then if it's not cutting it, switch to finasteride or add finasteride.

Hi I'm new here. But I have been using nizoral and may try regenepure just because other people are using it. I think it couldn't hurt that much since they're so mild.
