DHT Blocking Shampoos?

As the title states, do the shampoos actually work?
Since DHT blocking pills (Propecia) have side-effects, perhaps there are milder options to decrease the dht that approaches hair follicles?
Also I have another question, how serious is it to have some hairs on one's hand after hair massaging in the shower that do not have the right volume? like long hairs which are sort of shrunk? Do these grow healthier in the future or do they vanish?
My shampoo is Sebamed anti-hairloss and after 3 months of usage it decreased the amount of hair I used to lose during my baths to almost half the amount.

nizoral and Regenpure are the usual ones, but are way to weak to be effective by themselves. About the hair I think your talking about minaturization which is not a good sign.

A shampoo isn't going to do much for you. I even dropped nizoral due to the negative impact it was having on my hair. If you want a DHT blocker with less sides than you have to look into experimental topicals like RU and CB

I wouldn't place my bets on just shampoo saving my hair. Internal 5a-r inhibitors (finasteride dutasteride) or topical antiandrogens (spironolactone ru) are more likely to give you results.

With that in mind I still use shampoos that are at least somewhat backed up to show they may help male pattern baldness such as keto, piroctone olamine, and coal tar

Hi I'm new here. But I have been using nizoral and may try regenepure just because other people are using it. I think it couldn't hurt that much since they're so mild.
