i think nizarol is too strong for me even though i only use it once or twice a week. the t-gel seems better. i'm planning on using it was my everyday shampoo, but don't know if that's a good idea. it says on instruction to contact doctor if using long term. i think selsun blue says that too but...
are you saying folligen can CAUSE baldness instead of helping? i started using the folligen spray a month ago, but it seems to be getting worst lately.

is it ok to spray on 30-60mins before sleeping and leave it on overnight? it won't mess up my scalp if i leave it overnight?
