My beard is starting to fill in and im less patchy. But...my hairline is trying to go to nw4 faster than ever before. Im in trouble! lol. I stopped taking finasteride bc of the sides and I dont take minoxidil bc it is only temporary. I do use nizoral and a derma roller every other day or so.

Looks like early male pattern baldness. The last pic you posted was best. Does your family have male pattern baldness? Father, grandfather, or mother's father?

I would try derm and minoxidil to start. Dont shave.

I felt nipple sensitivity and lots of weird things. I am not keeping my hairline as much but I am glad I'm done with finasteride. Some of you made some large jumps about the character of the OP.

I agree with going on with life. But I would also consider preventative maintenance with microneedling maybe. Something with no side effects.

I would agree with some of the others. I started taking stuff younger because I was desperate. I do not know for sure how much hair I saved but I do think that I should have waited until I was done growing and in my 20s.

I started at around 20. Ive kept most of the hair i had then. Easier to keep then to grow back. I would worry about long term affects, though. Actually thinking about this again maybe will need to make sure fully matured. Theres the catch...
