Chest Ache and Sore Throat From Propecia

I am in my third day on Propecia 0.5mg. I noticed since my second day that my throat is feeling sore/aching and my heart sometimes slight pulpitation and aches a little. Will these effects go away or should I stop treatment? I am really annoyed that I am getting these effects on just 0.5mg! I...

    DownTheDrains Story

Ok. I have to admit after my last post I decided not to take finasteride that I got from InhousePharmacy. I guess you could say I chickened out. My hair didn't seem too bad. Well thats what I kept telling myself... But I can honestly say that I am on the Propecia wagon from today. I am going to take...

    DownTheDrains Story

Nope no oily head. Why do you ask? But I would like to know from anyone if adding a higher concentration of minoxidil would help me get some results? Or do I need to try some other minoxidil solution that stays on my scalp longer to increase absorption?

    DownTheDrains Story

Ok. I haven't been the most active poster on the GourmetStyleWellness forum. But I have always been an avid reader. Great info here! Looking back at the dates of my earlier posts. My hairloss started in 2006. Even though I still had quite a lot of hair. I could see that it was thinner on the top of my...

Does greasy minoxidil hinder spironolactone Cream absorption?

Hi, I am currently using Minoxidil with my Dr Lee's spironolactone cream. I apply my Kirkland minoxidil prior to applying my spironolactone cream. Since Kirkland minoxidil is quite greasy, does the spironolactone cream get less absorbed into the scalp due to the greasy residue? Thanks in advance for any help!

    My Year On Revivogen

For omarrodriguez: Sadly, I think it is too late to use Revivogen my friend. I think it only works with people who are in the early stages of diffuse hair loss. :( As beaner stated above you will get more regrowth from using Rogaine.

    My Year On Revivogen

Hi jman76. I decided not to use Minoxidil because I thought that it would probably best to use it as a very last alternative if no other topical worked for me. Plus I am quite lazy when it comes to topicals and I just wanted one topical that I could use in the evenings before bed. To be honest...

    My Year On Revivogen

Well I have been on Revivogen for over a year now. I started in February 2006. I have diffuse thinning on the top of my scalp. I started to notice my hair thinning when I was 21. I am 23 now. After reading quite a few reviews on Revivogen (even though there were mixed reviews) I decided to try...

Revivogen questions..please answer.. dont ignore lol

Yes you can buy Revivogen from UK. Just search for it in Google. But since I am in a good mood, I'll throw you a couple links to where I buy my Revivogen from: > Tricotec > Combat Hairloss I am not too sure on what to do when appyling Revivogen in conjunction with Minoxidil. But I am sure...

    hairspray-thickener

Yeah I use the Jason's Hairspray. It's the best hairspray I have used in a long time. The great thing I find about this hairspray is that: > it keeps my hair in place, >smells nice, >at the end of the day I can just run my hands through my hair at the end of the day to remove the hold...

    spironolactone and Revivogen

Hi Jm0311, I've been using spironolactone since Sept 2006 on my hairline and temples and I have not had any further recession. I think it is helping. However, I have not had any regrowth. Yeah, regrowth is always a plus but if I can keep what I got then I'm fine with that. I personally don't think...

    Eucapil

I am a Norwood 1.5 diffuse. I am using spironolactone only on the hairline and temples along with Revivogen for the top of my scalp. Its easier to apply that way. My hair is still a little diffuse, nobody notices it (except me :P ). But for the last couple of years I have noticed a loss in density...
