Yes, Evening primrose oil. It probably might help something in your body but it isn't enough to add it to a daily regimen. It simply is a waste of money.
As for DIM it didn't give me a shed but I drink alot of broccoli smoothies so I don't see any reason to adding the supplement.
EPO and DIM are a waste of money. Try researching them without relation to male pattern baldness. You will see that there is alot of conflicting advice and no concrete evidence that it actually does anything at all!
That looks good. Wiki says GLA can be made from LA but as you age that process is weakened so you can get GLA directly from EPO. But Wiki also says that the benefits of GLA are still unproven and widely disputed...Would it be better just to stick with fish oil???

If hair is made of protein shouldn't it help the hair grow thick? but some people say its not good for hair
Unless you have some problem I would say shampooing your hair 2 times a day is too much. You're going to strip the hell out of your hair. Also, I've noticed that when I use nizoral every single day my body seems to ramp up oil production on my scalp (maybe because i'm stripping it so often it...
Well I shampoo both morning and night and I feel that at night my hair and scalp is more oily and greasy at night which in turn might cause the nizoral to not absorb as well?
Usually in the morning my scalp is not as dirty since I shampooed at night already so maybe the nizoral will work better?
