yeah i figured i'd give it around 6 months until i decide if it makes any difference. Also, how long do you expect your first bottle to last? Ive been using this every other day for almost 2 months and i still have like 80% of my bottle left. This stuff should last me forever

nah I've had the same results as you it seems. I sheded a lot at first. The shed has stopped, but my existing hair is still the same and my temples have had no regrowth.

I just started using tricomin shampoo twice a week, and folligen spray every other day. Its only been 2 weeks so too soon to give an opinion, although I have noticed new tiny tiny hairs sprouting up on my hairline. Not expecting miracles though.

I doubt it has any effect, good or bad. I've gone through long periods of smoking, and I've gone through long periods where I quit. The amount of hair I shed did not change in either of those periods.
