I've been on min 5% for >10 years. No finasteride but I do use nizoral. No decline in effectiveness. Very very very gradual improvement over time. Or it could be I've just worked out what haircut suits me best...

Yes - it's minimal. Slight thickening perhaps. Took the photos at work as the lighting/location is always the same (no natural light). ...but hence not much scope for wetting hair - might look a bit odd!
