You can clearly see that the right temple has receded quite a bit especially with my hair pulled back. I do use minoxidil twice a day only on the hairline. Yeah in the first photo there isn't nearly enough hair to pull off a comb-over technique to showcase anything remotely close to the second picture, with 100% certainty there is re growth and that guy clearly had very severe balding

When I asked the clinic why they can charge so much less, they just said we want the people of Serbia to be able to afford it as well. So I wouldn't be surprised if they are doing something to cut some of the cost.
