Human perfection is quite frankly an unrealistic expectation in any form. Checks and balances are in practice. As far as updating patient records, it is an ongoing process, Rome wasn't built in a day. Patience.

Look, I was not complaining about residency salary/hours just trying to demonstrate the work ethic involved. By the way, most Doctor's in private pratice are attendings at hospitals, rounding on their patients in addition to clinic hours. Keep in mind rich doctors still pay practice overhead...

I don't know if the finasteride caused the improvement in my skin or if it is just coincidence, I may never know. However, it has cleared up dramatically over the past few months, and I couldn't be more pleased. :lol:

Hey everyone, I noticed a beneficial side from the finasteride. I used to get acne on my back. This has been going on for years. Very annoying. Since starting finasteride 4 months ago I have noticed a major improvement in my skin. Back acne is almost all gone. Maybe just a coincidence but who knows...
