Whatever color are your sides buy that. I linked you my own as an example.
The thing with a HS is you need to put in the work for best results. I mean leave out coloring your own bio hair and color the hair piece in small increments. Your own hair won't absorb much color if it's already dark.
I mean if I look at this pic of yours, it seems pretty obvious to me that there's a color mismatch:

Use normal Hair Color, I use this one on my system to match my sides: https://www.amazon.com/LOreal-Paris-Excellence-Natural-Packaging/dp/B000GCQXO4?th=1
But a...
Your personal pictures look alright nothing that would scream wiggy but what I meant is if you don't style the system hair (system bed hair woes anyone?) regularly it can look off. At the same time your pics are not particularly clear. What are you HS specs?
If those people did not know you...
HAHA, is this for real? I can't believe the amount hubris some of these 'hair club' salons have. Blows my mind they charge +$1000s a year yet end up letting a poor chap leave like this from their establishment. Disgraceful.
Definite progress to what you posted before, but in my opinion there's a color mismatch between your bio hair (black #1) and the piece (brown, 1b) especially if I look in the Imgur album you posted.
You can color the hair piece, I've done mine 3-4 times and it hasn't been damaged in any way...
Did the people who pointed out your hair knew what you looked like before the system? Obviously if you walked in one day with a head full of hair while before you were +NW4 people would have their suspicions. Either way it's a pretty shitty thing to do.
Your pics are blurry, so it's hard to...
From what I read there's no really danger in using glue (Though I'm no chemist, so you should definitely pay close attention to your scalp when you wear) . It's more healthy for your scalp if you attach/detach weekly (and as a result apply less glue given you don't want a longer bond). Using a...
I agree, I feel unless you are traveling for work or simply do not have the privacy to do a re-attach, you should be cleaning weekly for best results. It's been less than a week for me and I already feel a bit uneasy.
Buy a stock unit, preferably from a small company that gives a c*ap - it will give you a good idea on what you need and for cheap. Your stock unit may be a good match, and it will give you time to experiment with the density and hair color. I would avoid "big" hair piece companies.
As what a...
Also from what I understand going for a hair system is more dependent on your sides, some people don't have the sides which makes the hair system look off the place.
You already have decent sides, and you could have gone for those polythin material if you wanted a realistic hairline.
