11 months in, can gently tug on any given region of my vertex and 2-3 hairs will come out. if I really pick at it, I can gently tug out 5-7 hairs. Doesn't make sense to be, being as overall my hair looks better. It is almost impossible to tell when the drug will lose it's efficacy at this point.

I have had minimal hair loss in the crown area, however, I am diffuse and my frontal has taken a huge hit.
11 months later with significant regrowth on hairline, it still pains me to look at my crown. However, I cannot tell how badly...
I have seen great improvement, my hairline has moved down a bit, but right at the center of my hairline I have shed hairs that make it look fairly worse. Hard to tell if dht is winning or a normal shed
How can one really determine consistent improvement when continually shedding miniaturized hairs? I have been on finasteride 1.25 mg ed for 10 months now, and have seen some overall hair thickening, with some regrowth at the hairline. I have always had a large crown-sworl, so it is tough for me...

I know I've experienced regrowth, especially at hairline, but still shedding a couple hairs with each pull throughout vertex. Is this normal? 9 months on 1.25mg finasteride everyday
I know that I'm experiencing regrowth throughout vertex and crown, I can feel the layer of new hairs that was prickly to the touch. I think after a year, it will look even better.
I'm really pleased that I caught my male pattern baldness in time to not only maintain, but regrow too.
Good to hear from you...

Thanks mvgame. Really uplifting to read that it's not just me,and it's actual progress. I feel like it will continue to get better, as I'm still shedding miniaturized hair. I'll continue my regimen until the one year mark, and then decide on minoxidil.
