Its hard to say if its common as nobody has access to the whole sample size of people who are using it Many people do come here to complain about finasteride (ive also had sides but stopped soon after i quit fina) but the people who do not have sides are probably not on these forums as they are...

Yes you have to get a prescription, the amount it cost depends on the solution % you want to go for. You can probably fake the prescription tbh or just visit a trichologist and get them to prescribe it for you
