The answer is simple : because it attacks the problem from many sides : stimulating hair growth with minoxidil, inhibiting dht with duta and healing the scalp with. I believe that hairloss can have many causes in the same time that's way propecia or minoxidil by it self woulfn't work. Courage boys!! Peace

maybe there problem is both in th dht and the scalp so propecia only won't work . I think people who succeded with propecia had no problem in the scalp or combined minoxidil or nizoral.

i think minoxidil always work. the problem is in the scalp most of people whith who minoxidil or rogaine didn't work suffer from dandruff and oily scalp which inhibs minoxidil/ rogaine effect. Use Nizoral 2%
