I've noticed a MASSIVELY increase amount of shedding over the last couple of days since I started propecia. It probably start two days after my fist 0.5mg of propecia. Is this normal? Is it possible the shedding phase could start so early?

Mainly for economic reasons but also because I want to ease my way into the drug. But I will be happy if I can get results with just half a pill

So I've ordered a months supply of generic finasteride from a pharmacy chain for very moderate receding hair line at 18. I was wondering if I should be taking it every day or every other day? I'm unsure as to what the science behind the whole thing is and can't find a definitive answer online...
