It kind of looks like male pattern baldness. Since it's thinning. But there is so much you can do at this stage. If I were you would go to a hair clinic and get some finasteride or Rogain.

Maybe you pulled out some hair in your sleep or something... but that is not male pattern baldness.. Mbp goes slowly, thining until theres nothing left... But with you, it seems you lost one lock at once... That's not male pattern baldness... You could go to the doctor if youre worried.
