South Korean Scientists Has Developed A New Type Of Biochemical Material To Prevent Hair Loss

This is the same pattern we see in every research paper: 1. Researcher finds something that is causing hair loss in mice. 2. They either add a compound or inhibit some biological activity. 3. Rat regrows hair. 4. Researchers conclude they've hit a breakthrough and the media goes wild. Something...

Ucla Scientists Identify A New Way To Activate Stem Cells To Make Hair Grow

It's hard to say, man... Sometimes I feel like some improvement was made, but other times I think it's a placebo effect. My initial photos aren't great - first month photos are better but not perfect. I cut my hair yesterday, so I will wait until my hair is the same size of the first-month...

It turns out, you can. You must simply stated that the kit is used for educational purposes only and not meant to treat or cure diseases. Doing trials on humans is illegal, doing them on yourself is an FDA loophole. For those of you who have been emailing the guy - make sure you're using...

This Guy Says He’s The First Person To Attempt Editing His Dna With Crispr

The problem with trying to cure something like male pattern baldness with Gene editing, is that male pattern baldness is not a result of one Gene - it's a result of a combination of genes. I'm no scientist, but I've read lots of times that diseases are rarely dependent on one Gene. So challenge will be to find the right...

This story is amazing - I had no idea we could do it ourselves. I'm sure with some time, things will become more available.
