interesting. I didn't post a bunch of pics, but he would also have to have a transplant in the crown area as well, to pull off this new look. lots of work for this result.
Ah, I just grabbed the first picture I found, but in case it's not clear, I was talking about the guy on the left.
Drake's new cornrows are weird though. Somehow I think it's not a weave, but he sure grew it out quickly.
No one is interested I guess?
I googled around a bit, and generally people seem to think he's got a transplant, although I saw one commenter who thought it was a 'weave'. I'm still unsure. I guess it's not uncommon to go from a Norwood 4 to having full hair again?
Noah Shabib '40' has been rocking a shaved head for a while now:
But in a recent marketing promotion, he's got reasonably full, curly hair. What do you think?
sure, language is important. I think that hair system is just a rebrand of toupee, even if the application methods have changed over the years. it's easier to sell a hair system, there's no stigma around this name
people always change the wording of things to suit their own agenda. like jada...
the system in that hair4all video, is pretty rough IMO. Red flag when the person selling you the product doesn't even look good. Sort of a gradient, from grey to brown to blond highlights.
I want to know what search terms noblesources actually used to dig up a picture
I see that the forum has a 'pin' feature, it would actually be cool if something like the 'photo' thread was pinned at the top!
sorry for the necrobump, but I figured why make a new thread.
Does Nick Cage have a new piece in his latest film / interviews? Seems obvious to me but I'm not an expert a wig-spotting
(btw if you want to see a film that's excessively 'meta', Birdman is probably a better choice)
Thanks Fanjeera, I don't know a whole lot about this sort of thing.
I did manage to get in front of a dermatologist this week. She said what you would expect: it's unnatural to have something glued to your head, and it's hard to predict how the scalp might react to it. Her suggestion was to...
Thanks for the answers..
I tried trimming down my hair to see if it would help. Part of the uneven / patchyness is because I've grown the hair from being almost bald, which I've never done before. The hair on top grows slower than the rest, so it can make a funny pattern.
For a moment, I...
Hey there,
I would appreciate some advice about properly healing / cleaning and caring for ones scalp after using a hair system. There seems to be a lot of information about cleaning / caring for hair systems, but not so much about how to care for your head!
I wore a hair system for about 2...
@smoka123: if it was stretched, I imagine I would have felt it. Maybe this is part of the hair system experience, pulling back the skin on your head to remove a few wrinkles at the same time? :) But I don't know how else to explain it.
@deg_dilemma: I have a second system which I did not have...
