    Scam...i think not. i heard of this stuff on some bodybuilding forums and wanted to know more about what prople thought, so looked up hair loss forums so i could talk with people i know are going through the same thing i am. not a bunch of meat heads.

    So I have been on toco-8 for almost a month and I would have to say I don’t think it taste that bad at all. I have noticed I don’t have as much fall out, and my hair line is looking better.

    It’s because most choose to do everything from home and dont get their *** off the couch. Being fat is a choice, I don’t care what anyone says. Get off your butt and do something if you don’t want to be fat!!

    Taking in water is always good, I try and drink about a gal a day but I don’t think it has much affect on weight gain. You want to take in 2g of protein per lb of body weight. You do that and work out 3 times a week and you will see some gains
