Darolutamide (odm-201), A Better Topical Than Enzalutamide?

No. My daily shedding in a shower has dropped from ~20 (on low dose dutasteride) to about 5-10 now after daro.

Darolutamide (odm-201), A Better Topical Than Enzalutamide?

I'm using dutasteride 0.5mg/3d (highest dose I can tolerate without sides, and I cannot tolerate finasteride at all -- severe brain fog), dermastamping (with LiCl), estriol, sometimes seti, (my pge2 has run out). I've been lurking on this website long ago…

Darolutamide (odm-201), A Better Topical Than Enzalutamide?

Been using this (from Luo) for nearly 4 months now (started in Jan.): 3mg/d in PG/Eth. Slightly effective: temples are slowly filling in -- vellus hairs are getting thicker but the process is slow. I'm thinking of increasing the dose to about 5mg. No sides for me. I have had bad sides on finasteride.

Post A Timeline For The Coming Years On Which Treatments Will Be Released

My opinion: Follica -> Histogen -> Replicel/Shseido -> CB-03-01 -> Tsuji. Don't really believe in Brotzu lotion or Rivertown. Seti probably will never come to the market.

Will There Be A Cure For Baldness In 3 Years Time?

Remove bimatoprost. Allegan has stopped its experiments according to the interview of Histogen. Not sure if setipiprant is able to come to market. Fevipiprant is about to be released now.

RiverTown Therapeutics (tested in animals and on seven humans with Androgenetic Alopecia)

I'm very suspicious towards this one, after reading its mechanism (also their bad photos). Growth and migration of new stem cells: possibly RT175 Commitment of the follicular stem cells to become new hair: minoxidil? Protects the dermal papilla from the effects of DHT: ? I don't see any of these...

Histogram To Present At A Few Upcoming Conferences

This is easy. For example, under one possible scenario, you have 100 hairs, of which 40 are terminal. After Histogen treatment, you have 40 * (1 + 123%) = 89 terminal hairs now, but your number of vellus hair remained the same. So now you have a total of 149 hairs, which makes a 49% increase in...

RiverTown Therapeutics (tested in animals and on seven humans with Androgenetic Alopecia)

According to http://www.folliclethought.com/rivertown-therapeutics-results-exclusive/, RT1640 contains 3 components: * Minoxidil * Ciclosporin (cyclosporine A) * a new drug called RT175 Ciclosporin is >1200g/mol. How is this substance possible to enter the scalp? Also, one adverse effect of...
