    Propecia Side Effects

With me it was fine in the 1st month or 2 then my libido and erections came crashing down. My girlfriend hates it LOL but it's all worth it if I can keep my hair while I'm young. And they also say if you go off the pill your libido goes back to normal, so let's hope they're right.

    Quitting Propecia

If you quit Propecia your DHT levels go back to normal, they're not higher than before.

    Im losing hair need help

Unfortunately Revivogen will do nothing to stop your hair loss long term. I know you wanna stay off pills, put there is little that can really help hair loss apart from finasteride and dutasteride. Obviously dutasteride is a lot more effective but its side effects are also largely unknown so finasteride is a good, safe and...

    Using Propecia for 10 yrs

just to clarify, rogaine (minoxidil) doesn't maintain hair, it simply tickens it and spurs a little growth, all of which will be washed away by DHT if finasteride or dutasteride isn't taken.

    More than a year later

i doubt proscar wouldve done anything different o your body than what propecia was doing. even if you're now taking 1.25mg instead of 1mg. with dutasteride it's different, as it is a different drug. you'll block almost all type II and 50% of type I which propecia doesn't block, but which isn't found in...

Why you should buy Propecia brand for the first 12 months...

im sure 300m a year is a good amount even for Merck! and yes, finpecia or fincar from a good source like United is just as good!

Is cutting proscar into 4ths really such a good idea?

yeah, that pharmacist clearly has no idea what they're talking about. ive even heard that its better to chew finasteride a little before swallowing to allow it to dissolve where it should and not go straight into the stomach! in any case, i think you're fine splitting the 5mg into quarters, like i do!

    Loosing hair

First thing u need to do is get on finasteride. Follow the advice phish gave. then worry about adding other things... and minoxidil should only be used if you want regrowth! if you only want to maintain, avoid it!

    David Letterman

i think its kind of silly to be at that age (50 or 60 or however old he is) and to be worrying about yor receding hairline. i mean, how many guys at that age are completely bald?? so who cares if he's got a receding hairline at that age! he should be worrying about his retirement and not about...

    MALE PATTERN BALDNESS

the backbone of any treatment will be Finasteride, which is the active ingredient in Propecia, Finpecia, Fincar, etc. The recommended ammount for male pattern baldness is 1mg a day but what a lot of people do (incluiding me) is to buy 5mg Fincar pills (from Cipla-an Indian manufacturer) and split it (using a pill...

    cutting propecia into quarters..........

yeah its better to go down to .5 and then if thats still giving u sides (after some months on it) go down to .25

Is this site good? and has anyone heard of fimpecia before??

because it's blocked by the moderators here either because that website was trying to sell things on the forum or the website asked the moderators here not have its name shown.

Been on finasteride for 2 years now

what everyone has to realise is that although u stop getting growth after 2 years, the RATE of hairloss is CONTINUOUSLY descreased by finasteride. u go off of it, even if you're 5 years into treatment, and your hair loss will go a much faster rate.
