0.5 is most likely to cause the same sides. People affected by sides even get them at 0.25 mg every three days...

It helps some but what works a lot better in my experience is Nettle Root extract (see http://goo.gl/CBEvc). Overall I would seriously reconsider blocking 5AR. But that's just my take after my very own very bad experiences.
