i think that norwood 6,can have good results with FUT and FUE combination,maybe even 2 FUT or more if he has a good scalp laxity.FUE is not optimal for advanced Norwoods,because you are limited on how many grafts can they harvest.But for norwood7 i dont think there is solution,okay,maybe BHT+FUE...

I think that the best candidates are nw4-5 who are stabilised and have bald spots,for diffuse thinners is harder to place grafts,because hair is still there,just thinner.Nw2 and without meds,as yourself,this is the worst time to go for hair transplant,as you will likely receding more in future.
