It's MUCH easier to apply if you stick your fingers in ice water for about 10 seconds, then dry them. The colder your fingers and the can are, the longer it stays thick.
To answer your original question, I used Dr. Wolf twice back in the early '90s. Mind you, this was the era of mini/micrografts, plus he was still in training. He was very skilled even back then. My family doctor (the one I went to for suture removal) said that that was the nicest suturing he had...
You are just hitting the age where you start losing your juvenile hairline. At first you may think it's male pattern baldness when really you are just going through the same thing 95% of men go through.
Your at about the mark that if you are going to shed, it's going to happen now. Finasteride makes miniaturized hairs thicker, and those miniaturized hairs have to fall out to make way for them :punk:
Re: 4 1/2 months on my 'big 5', absolutely thrilled! (with pics)
That is AMAZING my friend!!!! Keep it all up! It looks as good as if you had 6000 grafts.
Dr. Cole is alright, but more expensive than most of the other big names. Where do you live? I would go Feller in NY, Lindsey in VA, Charles in FL is outstanding.
Some doctors have their own terminology for FUE. Dr. Cole calls his CIT. It's just his name for FUE so he sounds more advanced  I have read where he does decent strip grafts but his CIT grafts leave larger scars than other doctors. Hope that helps!
You probably wouldn't even notice the difference in side effects between .5 and 1 mg. If you are worried about side effects then stay far away from Avodart. I've tried it and it is tons stronger.
