Not that strange to have greys at your age. I started going grey at 17, I’m 29 now and I’m about 30% grey I’d say. Doesn’t bother me that much anymore, early greying does run in the family, as does hair loss unfortunately!

I used to be on Sertraline in the past, was on it for about 5 years. Didn’t cause me any hairloss as far as I could tell. In fact most my hair loss has happened post stopping Sertraline. I wouldn’t worry about it.

I use this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Viviscal-Densifying-Shampoo/dp/B01GTN7X4W Honestly can’t say if it really helps that much. I just don’t want to overuse nizoral too much. I use nizoral On Saturday and Tuesday then the viviscal shampoo on a Thursday.

I wash mine 3 times a week, twice with Nizoral then the third time with a Biotin shampoo.
