I was thinking about trying the foam, but how do you measure it accurately? With the liquid I know for a fact I will get 1 month out. Very easy to measure it correctly. Spraying foam, what if I use too much and get only a couple weeks... How do you even know how much you need.

Yup, I had really bad flakes too at first. Had to be really careful not to scratch my head so it wasnt as noticeable. If I just touched my head there were huge flakes and if I wasnt by a mirror to get rid of them, that would suck... also I had to stop using it a few days before getting hair...
