Hi guys, I have been using propecia for coming up to three years, results have been great, no further loss and a small amount of regrowth means its now impossible to tell I was ever thinning. However in the last couple of months I think I have started getting side effects, first, i started to...

    Thinman2's Story - ( 30 /Fighting thinning in the UK)

Re: thinman2's story - (Fighting thinning in the UK) Apart from the cost, is their general attitute/client care/make you feel in safe hands making it worth it? I am not sure what to say about this, its been fine with one exception. What annoys me is there is only one chemist qualified (they...

Mitchem's story - (age 25, Looking for help. Pics posted.)

Think my hair would be simular to that if had it the same length. I have been on Propecia for just over a month and using regaine as well. From what I have read on the forums propecia should hopefully stop it get it worse and regaine will help with regrowth if thats what your after

    Drying too fast when cycling?

Thanks for answering, yeah I guess it makes sense its not going to work as well if its drying up. Might stick with it for now (i am on the branded Regaine), I dont think I like the idea of the foam because its not on sale here in the UK and some people have written some nasty stuff about it. I...

minoxidil liquid ends up all over the place!

Which applicator are you using? I had problem at first with the pump with the extendor bit on, if you press it too softly it sort of comes out in a line and can run straight down your face but if you press it fast and hard it sprays much better and so spreads over a wider area and doesnt run

Re: Fighting thinning in the UK The name of the Boots shampoo I cant recall, I think it may have just been - the active ingrediant (insert name i forgot here) Dandruf shampoo. Still no problems, minor dull ache in the balls (in my head???) for the first few days but fine now.
