Chest pain has pretty much cleared up now. 6 days off finasteride. Just ordered some DIM for when I start again on Monday. Breasts/Nipples remain fine. I may have been a little hasty to quit but once I'd started reading about gyno I felt I had to stop rather than power through.

So, 3 days off finasteride. Chest pain still there although less frequent. I'm seriously wondering if its purely anxiety as I'm still spending my days waiting and anticipating the chest pain. Still no nipple discomfort. I'd love to be able to 100% rule out gyno. The chest pain is more than bearable and...

I've had it for a week now. Worried its only going to get worse.

I'm just worried about this developing in to gyno, although there isn't any tenderness or sensation in the nipples yet.

Did this pass at all? I'm experiencing the exact same thing and ready to quit at day 10.

Also to add to this any discomfort has greatly reduced by the evening. As I currently take my pill at 7am, I'm thinking I may be better off taking the pill before bed and given the same timeline I may see an improvement of this side during the day. Of course I'm assuming this is linked to finasteride...

Day 8 for me now. Still experiencing the odd pain in the side of my ribs. Unsure about dropping to 0.5mg for a bit.

That's a very good point. I googled to see what others do but it seems very mixed.

Sexual side effects were my biggest fear. Did this creep up over a few days or just hit you one day?

Go for it man. I'm in exactly the same boat especially with anxiety. I actually feel a little better about things as I said above, despite this odd chest pain which I'm sure is linked. Only on day 6 so if you want to DM feel free.

I'm still experiencing very slight chest pain which also seems to be in my shoulder. A little concerned. I don't want to give up as actively fighting my hairloss has made me feel slightly better about the whole thing.

Bit of a bump here but did anyone else try this? Slight chest pain but also thinking this may help with my general anxiety.
