I see a little receding but not enough to worry. I suggest just get some Min and apply it to the hairline. Getting on finasteride now isn't worth the risk(IMO)

WOW!! I've never heard of that. I heard that stress can trigger hairloss but never knew stress can trigger male pattern baldness. Usually in that case, the stress, not male pattern baldness, would be the reason for the hairloss.

You really need to carefully weigh your options. Technically, it's just hair and you're a guy, so it's not really a big deal. Also, why not try the "safe" treatments first? They might work for you. Also, you should make sure male pattern baldness is the reason for your hairloss. If not, the Big 3 wouldn't work...

I would suggest getting a buzz cut(so it would be less noticeable) and keep an eye on your hair to see if you see little hairs starting to grow. Usually, if your hair is shedding, most likely it will regrow.

Shedding is a sign that it is working. It has to shed the dead/dying weak hair to grow the new more healthy hair

Your hair isn't that bad so I,personally, wouldn't take finasteride. Min and the shampoo should work for you. I would only suggest finasteride if your hair is REALLY bad(bald areas, not just really bad thinning) or if Min didn't work. From the sound of your story, it does not seem you are naturally balding...

You seem to have the same problem I have. All you have to do is either start cutting your own hair or find a barber who knows how to deal with thinning areas(VERY FEW DO). When cutting your hair, just cut the sides and back to match the top. Never actually cut the top. You may have to do this 2...
