Can't really see the bumps but inflammation looks prevalent. Dropping shampoo and conditioner has helped slightly. What should I do for the inflammation? Can't take finasteride, bad sides.

I think it looks way better/thicker when its cut shorter. I would suggest going to 3/4 inch or shorter.

Been doing some research. Not sure if this has been brought up... but from what I found, DO NOT brush your teeth right after taking your Acv. It softens the enamel I guess, and you should wait at least 30 mins to an hour to brush. I thought brushing was important to get it off right away...

I use a straw but u still gulp it down and I do.try to rinse my mouth out right after. I just started Acv and will report if I get any results.

Is anybody concerned about the Acv taking the enamel off your teeth? Even though your diluting it of course. Hopefully I'm just being paranoid....
