I’ve been taking topical dutasteride since June 2021, and oral finasteride (1/2 mg daily) for 2 years, and topical minoxidil since 2013

Joking obviously . You have some diffuse thinning going on- but you’re definitely overreacting. It WILL grow back. If you refuse to take finasteride, get on some biotin, and maybe add saw palmetto. Have you tried rogaine?
