what is "Telogen Effluvium"? ...i've viewed your pics, jeff...your hair still "looks" good, fwiw...but i know, what we see & what others see is oftimes different...have you tried just sticking w/ minoxidil, nizoral/tsal & some spironolactone topical(rather than propec)?

...i am currently using ONLY minoxidil 5% for just over a yr now & am wondering if minoxidil alone can be sufficient enough to combat my male pattern baldness? ...Im 34 & "seem" to be responding well enough... ...any of you guys have any experience/knowledge about using minoxidil only? thanks, jared
