Every winter when the weather turns cold the air inside and out is extremely dry and my scalp is extremely itchy and flaky. No matter which anti-dandruff or anti-itch shampoo I used it doesn't help. Do you guys have any ideas or products to stop this itch? It's unbearable!

Hey, I'm in the same position as you. My hairline is full and intact but I seem to be only losing hair on my crown/vertex area.

What type of fish oil do you use? I've been thinking about getting some to use for my overall health.

I've found that as winter turns into spring my hairloss or shedding picks up quite a bit. It also always seems to slow down around Oct/Nov when fall starts and winter begins to set in. Anyone else encounter this? Does this have something to do with the change of seasons?

Consistency is the key. You have to go to the gym regularly to see results. I've seen many people go regularly for 2 weeks then take a month off and then wonder why they don't see results. When I first started working out I went to the gym at least 3 times a week for about 4 months and put on...
