For the sake of records, here's my recent update.

It's now 5 months since my break (late December) from finasteride.
I started shedding and it really accelerated in March.
I freaked out and started to introduce finasteride again back into my system.
Recently got into 0,5mg every day.

Also been trying Revivogen and Minoxidil but inconsistently.

Still was shedding hard until suddenly about 3 weeks ago my shedding just stopped literally overnight. Just suddenly, I didn't shed at all. Zero hair was coming out. Even while aggressively pulling my hair nothing was coming out any more. Was thinking it's the finasteride working again and then started to take 0,5mg every day, or almost every day. Up until that point I took 0,5mg around 3 times a week.

Now yesterday, I suddenly started to shed a bit again, although not as aggressively as before...

Not sure what is going on. I started to shed really hard, felt I was loosing it all. Then it stopped literally overnight for 3 weeks. Now it seems to have started again a bit. Is it Telogen Effluvium? Something else, many things together?

I now got slightly puffy nipples maybe. Mammography said it's not gyno but slightly prominent breast tissue.
I've put on a little more weight too, it's hard to tell how bad it is. Noone has really noticed or mentioned anything. Even my girlfriend.

I don't want the pseudo-gyno get worse and I gringe every time I take the pill again. But extreme shedding made me really depressed after having almost all my hair for 10 years, so I started taking it again.

The department in my prostatitis feels better but I will see doctor in a few weeks to see if it really has cleared up or not.

After quitting p*rn, the department in erections/libido has been working fine I think. Although I've had less control when to ejaculate.
what tests did u took for prostatitis?

I didn't quit shedding after three weeks. When I started shedding super hard in March I started to experiment back with finasteride on lower and more infrequent doses and also with minoxidil and revivogen. But not consistntly and then suddenly about 3-4 weeks ago my shedding stopped completely overnight. And I didn't shed a single hair for 3 weeks. But now I have started to shed again. I'm puzzled what I've been doing differently...

What exactly is oral seti?
Topical RU seems like a total pain in the *** to make and keep. Especially for travelling. Have to find a fridge to keep it etc.
And it seems one can have same side effects on it as oral finasteride?

My doctor thinks there is nothing wrong with me except of prostatitis. Maybe he was right.
But he seems to deny finasteride can cause anything harmful. That made me alarmed. He is a respected andrologist. A founder of the field in my country. But seems to be a bit too pro finasteride?

Is there anything I can take to lower estrogen while staying on finasteride?
I've been taking DIM and maca but I guess I should take something more than simple supplements. Nolvadex?

I've been traveling the past 2 months. I'll have new doctor appointments next week. I'll also know then about my current sperm quality.

As for prostatitis, they took my urine, sperm and blood tests. And did the prostate massage.
No ultrasound or anything like that. My doctor thinks my prostatitis is entirely bacterial.
Maybe he was right.

First of first.

1.p**rn making ED
2. Its psychologic mostly
3. Dopamine and serotonin are very important in sexual things
4. People eating dutasteride got less sides that finasteride bangers
5. I had ED at 18 years old before taking finasteride. << Fully recovered and f*****g like rabbit.

My tests levels are average since I don't do sh*t with workouts and bla bla. But keeping erections decent and the only watery semen comes in its when after 4 bursts she is asking me to stop cause she cant move her legs.

Pretty sure finasteride actually lowers your risk of prostate issues

Well it is used to treat an enlarged prostate and prostatitis. Although I've read if you have prostate issues in the future and are on finasteride it can make it difficult to diagnose.

About gyno.
That's a bit getting head of myself and hopefully I don't need it. But if I get surgery for gyno and get the gland removed entirely, can I continue with finasteride and not worry to getting gyno again as the gland is removed. will the surgery leave any scars?

I've heard elevated estrogen for longer period can create prostate issues. not sure if it's the case for me or not. mine seems to be bacterial. but it can be both I guess?

Any advice of getting rid of my starting pseudo-gyno while staying on finasteride?

I've read people taking SERMs like Tamox (Nolvadex), Letro, Armidex, Raloxifene, Clomid, Cabergoline.

But when I stay on finasteride, would it come back?

I guess reducing overall fat % and taking DIM supplements are a start. I've been doing that but not sure if this has any effect while staying on finasteride.

Are you positive you have gyno? Sorry if you mentioned this before. Also, are you back taking finasteride ed and if so, do you plan to stay on the 1mg per day or try a lower dose?
