minoxidil how many times a day?
finasteride of course every day 1mg correct?

Thanks for the encouragement. I’m 34 and have been losing since I was 18. I first noticed it in my Prom Video. My hair has been gradually falling out since. Over the last couple years it has accelerated. I found this forum and said what the Hell. I had a little left and my little bro 1 year younger was completely Bald. So I am making my last stand and so far am pleased with the results. So this is what I am doing.
I use Nitzoral 2% every time I take a shower. Unless I work our and take two showers in the same day. If so I just use T-Gel. The Nitzoral doesn’t dry my hair out or do anything to my scalp so I use it all of the time. Others on here say every other day or 3X times a week but I am taking an aggressive approach.
Finpecia - I ordered it from two websites inhouse being one and mensrxshop. I wanted to compare to make sure they were legit. And yes they are the same. I have some side affects nothing major but enough to show that they are working.
Rogain Foam - I ordered a year’s supply on ebay and this stuff is great. It doesn’t stink and I use it like Moose. It dries within 30 min. I apply twice a day.
And finally supplements and let me tell you I think they are helping. They may make your hair grow back but will help the above treatments by stimulating your hair to grow. Man it grows fast including my fingernails. I even had hereditary bald spots on my legs on the side and hair has started growing back. So what I have used are:
Centrum a-z
silica 200 mg
biotin 5000 mcg
zinc 50 mg
green tea 150 mg
flaxseed oil 1000 mg
msm 1000 mg
All Purchased from Walmart.
So I will keep updating this post. Its hard to say what is making it work but I am pleased with what I got back in the front so far. I’m not sure if I will ever get my crown back as It has been falling out for 16 years but I guess we will see.

I think it's reasonable.
They saw the forum and the 'Success stories' thread.
Then they wait for promising results on their hairloss.
Thus, post it here.
Maybe they registered years ago.
Then they registered with a new nickname together with their success stories.
One day when I have my own success stories (I hope so), I'll use the same nickname to open my own thread.

I am not sure why you think I am spam? I have nothing to gain; I am not advertising any specific product. Everything here is generics other than the Rogaine and shampoo. I mean I found this forum, read the information and based my regimen off of other people’s success stores. Therefore I felt that I would give back and say “hey this is what I did to make it work.†After all if others did not post their success stores then I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to model my regimen after. Perhaps someone will model their regimen after mine and also have great success.
I take pictures quite often to gauge my progress. I felt that the results were compelling enough to post my pics. In fact I purposely posted the pictures in a way so that you could see the dates on the pictures.
Furthermore, it is not like I have all of my hair back? I still have a big bald spot in my crown. It will be amazing if it grows back. I am excited if it does. But it is not like my baldness is cured and I have all of my hair back. I still have a long ways to go. But I will post pictures illustrating my progress for others that are in the same battle. The combination of the supplements , shampoo, Rogaine, and finpica truly work and I am simply a case study that is proof that one can get hair back.

Seems like I have thickened my hairline and grown some in the receeding area. The most of my growth seems to be between my hairline and crown. but over all everything is thicker.
