16 Year Old Hair Loss Advice Telogen Effluvium Due To Iron?

I've come to seek out advice regarding my hair , is this a likely case of telogen effluvium? (My hairline isnt receeding). The Doctor put me on iron pills due to a deficiancy , how long does it typically take to see regrowth(my hair isnt falling anymore but it was for 2+ years)

Also would minoxidil be a good option to speed up hair regrowth or would that be unecessary?

I dont think you should use min if you are saying your hair shedding has stopped. When did it stop shedding? Also how many were u shedding before and do you have pics of the side and back of your head

I would say that i was shredding 80-150 hairs a day (at the worst).The shedding had stopped maybe around 1.5 months ago, I sometimes aggressively run my hand through my hair do see if there is any breakage and there is none but I've seen around 7 hairs in the shower today. I have some pictures however I apologise as nor the angles or the lighting are optimal. (I have had iron deficiency/anemia for a few years and i suspect the recent halt of the breakage was due to me changing my diet - it was very unhealthy and filled with snack
before).

Hi , wouldnt male pattern baldness be odd due to my age? Also my hairline doesn't receed. From what I think I know is that Telogen Effluvium affects the whole of the scalp , and i have some thinning in non male pattern baldness areas - if male pattern baldness is what you're referring to.
