Hi everyone. I'm a 19 years old male and I have started to see my scalp through my hair because it thinned out very much. This thinning happened in the last 8-9 months but it's kinda weird because my dad has his hair from the top of the head pretty thick and only has some receiding hairline ( still, he has more hair on top than I do ). I don't have a receiding hairline , neither started going bald from the crown but the hair from the top got thinned and I can see my scalp and I really don't know what to do and need some help. A doctor recommended me alopexy 2% and revalid pills. Are those really working ? Is there something I can do to get most of my hair back ? Please guys, I really need help because this hair loss thing stresses me very much and I just want some help and oppinions. I will attach some pics so you can see what I'm talking about.

2. Some of this could be related to a standard thinning out around this time of life for a significant number of people.
A lot of guys in the military get a short haircut and you see the thinning, and for a lot of them it never proceeds any further

No, I am not using any steroids or even proteins. I'm not a gym guy and I kinda gained some weight in the last couple of months.
