[19m NW2] Is there any chance a nuclear could regrow my deadzones?

Im talking cyproterone tier like Darolumatide or estriol? i don't know the specifics and it would be in roughly 6 months once i see what dutasteride can give me....
Current stack has been
finasteride 1.25 ED for 7 months
Topical Minoxidil+Tret once a day for a month
Dutasteride twice a week for 2 weeks

I've used ru a few times but I was worried it went out of date (6 months)
also dutasteride makes me super horny xD but im wondering if thats a bad sign?
stableish atm and regrew a tiny amount of finasteride
Personally I think I've been receeding since i was like 14 slowly but who knows?
My only worry about a nuclear is Permanent side effects of the sexual nature, could not care less abt gyno (just get surgery?)
And also would if its possible to fill in my temples, it be possible to stop the protocol and come back to maybe dutasteride+ru+min as i am rn?
I'd consider oral min a final treatment if all else fails....

like i said man in skinny and ill save up for the surgery its a non issue i can hide, however what about fertility i can withstand a temp kill of libido. for regrowth but i cant stand. the chance of permanent sexual dysfunction, like not having kids i need a nuclear stack tho since i posted ive been on 1mg of dutasteride a day ( libido back to normal) and considering upping it to 2.5 (im still on finasteride on top of this)

Bica seems pretty safe in regards to fertility once you stop since it is non-steroidal and will not shut down your hormone production like CPA or estrogen

Everyone is different. It is possible though. Why not try it topically first

First 5 months severe insomnia couldnt fall asleep People at work got shocked of how I looked. But the insomnia passed. Then my sperm was reduced and very thick, it just oozed/seeped out with no force whatsoever. This was only on 0.5mg daily and topical dutasteride once a week. Later I increased to 2mg 3 Times weekly even tried 2.5mg a short period. Big mistake. Now 1.5 years later it got worse and I had just a drop of sperm coming out. And now it just seeps out with no force and very Little sperm production. I quit oral a few days ago not worth it and it didnt help my hair good enough even. Trust me its best to try topical treatments first u can even use bicalutamide topically it does work.

well folks ive been on ru for maybe 5 months just ran out and ought some more gonna double my dose and use a cheaper mixer for it, also going doctors tomorrow to get dutasteride hopefully 2mg a day but most likely 1mg as i have been for the last 6 months, dutasteride for a year nad finasteride since sept 2021. honestly its a mid difference, i have cyproterone coming in the mail for like late april as a last resort, dutasteride hasnt killed my libido i am extremely horny last testosterone test showed i jumped up by 60 from 600 on finasteride to 660 on dutasteride. not crazy i must say. I will re evaluate in a year while saving for a transplant to get a teenage looking hairline at age 21.
